Complaint about unable to get my money back from bank

I Paul kouaho being a RAK bank customer for 2years now...recently my account was closed without any prior notice or any mail, then I called the customer service and I was told the manager cheque would be delivered in which it was delivered... so I went to the branch to cash my balance which is 32, 986dirham unfortunately I was told that the cheque is account payer only and I don't have any other bank account apart your RAK bank...I don't know why I have to go through stress to take my money back..this is totally unfair and I don't have any bank account to deposit this cheque, my visa is going to expire next week and traveling back to my country, my boss has already booked my flight that's 04 may 2021...my contract is finished already so, how would you expect me to go and open another account just because I want to get my money back, this is totally unfair and I know my right... please kindly treat this situation with urgency because I don't have much time... I WANT MY MONEY BACK . Is this how you treat your customers?
