I have been requesting the "contact us" team for over 2 months to provide my Previous bank statement (for the period of 2008 to 2009) as I require this for my visa processing, however, they have always provided a response to visiting the branch. I have relocated to another country and visiting the branch /UAE during this pandemic is not an option. The account is currently closed, but my correspondence is through the same registered email ID. Looking for support to contact the right person to take up my concern. Thanks
