I am totally disappointed by my RAK bank credit card. My credit card limit is 3k. when the last statement generated my outstanding was 2986.18 AED and due date is 11-May-2021. I paid 2604 AED before the due date. The next statement generated on 16-May-2021, they charged 162.23 as financial charges. I was shocked and called the customer service and their response was really pathetic. They are saying its charged 3.45% interest and refuse to provide a details statement showing the interest amount. For non paying 300 AED they charging 162 AED as interest. I do have other bank credit card, they are charging only for non paid amount.
