Complaint on late spare part delivery case Ref: 191584 HSL

Vehicle Reg: VDT 8393 Workshop: Yes Car Care Centre Sdn Bhd (Puchong) Number: 6790166 Date: 20/05/2021 Reference No: 191584 HSL date: 20/05/2021 Customer Number: [protected] Delivery Date: 31/05/2021 My Proton Saga breakdown on 9th Mei 2021 and sent to repair, workshop call and said the ECU need to be replaced, and request to HQ was proceed the same day. However, HQ only replied on 20th Mei 2021, and said parts will be delivered on 31st Mei 2021. But still not yet received today at 27th-June-2021 (47days). My complaint is the why would it take so long to handle the case, and during the waiting period, i had contacted customer care 2 times and also service centre several times, said will forward the message, but no reply from anyone about the progress.
