Parcel delivery delay

This is regarding a parcel sent by prompt xpress and delivered to a wrong address/ Province. This incident happen due to their carelessness, I still didn't receive my package & it's almost 5 days now. Their company tagline says that, "speed accuracy and care" yes, there's something they have but non of above. After all, I tried to make a complaint, they disconnected my phone call but never answered. Simply they do not understand the value of time. I do not recommend this kind of monkey businesses.
