Primerica $99 IBA refund

I called and emailed primerica many times and was given the run around saying the POL and IBA fee were both different departments and they didn't have a phone number for me to call to get my $99 IBA refund back that I would only have to email and wait 5-7 days for a response or for my refund to come back and I never got any response I am still waiting!!
