I was very dissapointed by Prada shoes that i purchased last Oktober 19, 2016 at Berlin, Germany. It was brand new, i wore it the next day, like for 9 hours.. suddenly the sole of the right one came off and there is nothing i can do since i have to catch my flight back to Indonesia. Sadly Prada store in Indonesia cannot provide me to repair the shoes since i dont have the receipt. The receipt was no longer with me because of the tax refund purpose. I already handed all the receipts to tax refund company. I hope prada could reach me at [protected]@live.com and help me settle all this. Prada is my favorite brand of all time. I really really dissapointed.
