Posmen POS laju tidak bertanggujawab…

PL083838059484 tracking no saya... Posmen kol saya untuk collect barang di bawah rumah, (rumah flat), tidak Naik sbb pkp katenya tp sy tidak ade baca di mana2 poslaju ade tetapkan rule mcm tu.. courier lain boleh je hanta smpai depan pintu Dan posmen poslaju yg sbelumnye ok je hanta dpn pintu tp utk yg ni sangat tidak bertanggujawab.. saya tidak dapat collect kerana tidak sihat Dan Minta untuk naik Dan letak saja Dpn pintu.. tp beliau mengatakan tidak boleh Dan menangguhkan penghataran pada Hari lain.. begitu kah service yg sepatutnye ??? Mintak pihak management alert dgn staff anda yg tidak bertanggujawab... TQ
