Parcel Pending at POSLAJU DATO ONN ( 1/Sept – 5/Sept)

My parcel tracking no. PL944567390708. 26/Aug 4.52pm posted over the counter South City Plaza Selangor. 28/Aug Dispatch out from transit Office 1/Sept 9.43am arrive at delivery facility Bandar Dato Onn Until now I'm writing 5/Sept 6.17pm my parcel stuck/keep at Poslaju Dato Onn. - 5days delivery Selangor to JB and 5days keep at POSLAJU DATO ONN. ** Very bad service and I don't know why still keeping without do any information to customer.
