Parcel is arrived at the facility a week ago but not received!

Parcel arrived at DATO ONN POSLAJU on 1/9. Today is 7/9 and there is no update on my item at all. Tried calling them basically 30 times and there is no response too. This is not the first time experiencing with DATO ONN POSLAJU but this been repeating multiple times! I need the item urgently as I am WFH. Upset with this type of customer service. What should I do next?
