Albany bob bread

I bought a loaf of white bread at pick and pay and I found undesirable hole inside the bread as if it was eaten by the rat, the bread looked well outside but inside was just disgusting disaster, I have always trusted Albany and have forever been their customer, but this has made me numb, please assist me I need compensation. Thank you
