Refuse to take payment for telephone account

This Branch is carrying the Pick n Pay image however the bad service needs to be investigated. For the last 3 months when I came to pay my telephone account I'm told they are offline, so I decided to test the truthfulness and on 3 different days I sent family members and the same was told. Today is the 25th July at 1.13pm again the same story plus the 2 ladies at the till point just have a dont care attitude and it is so hard to get them to even smile. I tried to get the managers detail but they refused and there is no one else either a supervisor that I could complain on this matter and since they carry your brand and image hence I write to you.
