Blocking of my page

Hi I'm trying to place an advert for my beautiful puppies and unfortunately my account has been blocked!!! I've not actively used this account in years and this is the first time of me attempting to use this account again. I would really appreciate this to be felt with as I'm a fist time breeder and I've had no problems up until now with advertising. Please can you help me re open my account
