I bought my router last year November (ZTE MTN) and this year around March it started giving me problems, when I recharge the data gets depleted within 30 munites I enquired many times about this and never got any help till now until I decided to buy a new phone because I was struggling to do my school work. I bought Hisense E50 in may and now it takes 3 days to charge. It's been 2 weeks now and I've been avoiding it. I went to enquire about it at the store I bought it and they told me they must book it and it will come after 6-8 weeks. I am unhappy about this in this week's what will I be using while waiting for my phone? It's clear that the phone has a fault with the charger. Why can't they replace it? Or allow me to exchange. Some of have no second phones. How can I be struggling for weeks due to the company's fault?. I am an unhappy customer. Your devices don't work for us. I've lost 2700 (for the money and router)
