No idea- I was incorrectly charged!

I just received a charge for $20.00 from PDFFiller and I did not authorize any payments, nor did I sign up for anything that wasn't free, to my knowledge. Even under my email address account with PDFFiller it says "start free trial"... Who do I need to contact to get my refund? Or do I have to file a fraud claim with my bank? I hope not because that requires I get a new debit card, etc. and it is very inconvenient. Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks, [protected]@gmail.com Jessica Cathey p
