The sale of our property concluded 29 January 2020. Upon receipt of the final account I noted that 2 months occupational rent (ZAR14, 000 in total) was not collected by Pam Golding and their appointed attorney (Hammond Pole Inc). The terms of the agreement signed with Pam Golding and their representative estate agent noted that they would collect occupational rent into their trust account. This was not done. Upon review of their accounts they acknowledged that this was collected. The estate agent stated that he would see to it personally that the occupational rent would be paid.
