Orbltz advertise a benefit to frequent customers of providing a voucher to secure or renew enrollment In the TSA Precheck program. I met the requirements for that after completing a hotel stay on May 21, 2021, and requesting the voucher shortly thereafter and multiple times since, but Orbitz refuse to honor their representation. Customer service experiences have been horrendous, including long waits to connect to persons who have no information, authority or ability to assist, cannot communicate well, waste customer time with pointless periods on hold, make what appear to be intentional efforts to misunderstand and outright hang up when asked questions that they cannot answer, all of which no amount of patience could ever overcome. I recite this because it is so consistent with other experiences posted on this website. Orbitz make errors at the expense of customers and provide no pathway to resolution. The attached document and my E-mail address ([protected]@gmail.com) are all Orbitz need to evaluate this situation and act accordingly. Thank you.
