I shipped back two returns and both were received by old navy on may 4. I had already tried to change the order days after finding out covid had made customer service non existent!!! Even now when things are opened back up a considerable amount, I have yet to see my returns refunded back to me. I am unable to reach them by email phone or mail!!! I will probably never order from old navy again because of this awful experience.
