Poor Customer Technical Assistance

Was having difficulty with my Norton password manager vault. Switched cell phones and unable to get in. Not even allowed to delete. Spent 2 hours via Twitter. Very slow replies. Got absolutely no where. Perhaps have more staff and they deal with one person only. Fast forward to today. Useless rep. Can't call me back. Can't do remote assistance as working from home. And you Norton have given them no access. So. Suggestions. Someone will call me back in 24-48hrs. What is going on???? I'm paying client. So totally hire people with proper equipment. Btw. That call was over 3 hrs. No need to contact. I've cancelled Norton.
