Returned items never processed

I shipped a box of returned items to NorthStyle on June 29th. The tracking number shows NorthStyle received the box on July 13th. I received the new items (smaller sizes) promptly. However, out of 9 items I returned (with the proper paperwork in the box), I was credited for only one of them. I called on 7/26 to get this resolved; they said I had to wait 4-6 weeks; I emailed on 8/4; I called on 8/9, and emailed again today. They continue to say the items haven't yet been processed; however, they have processed one of the 9 items. I'm extremely frustrated by the run-around.
