I ordered an item from Amazon Warehouse and scheduled a delivery/date and time. NSD decided to change the date and time without notifying me. The package never arrived and I had to spend a week trying to locate it. Customer Care Team is terrible. When using the 800 number, expect to be put on hold for 15+ minutes and then not called back. If you email, the team does not get back to you. The on-line message app does not work. Shipper/Customer beware as this company does not have a handle on shipping or customer care.
