Huge delay in response – total order (x3 items) not yet delivered – no feedback yet

I sent an email requesting response/feedback this morning at 09:02. Second email requesting response sent at 12:16... To time of writing this still not any response. x3 items ordered to the same address with delivery date of yesterday. x2 items delivered. Not sure what is happening about the 3rd item — that's why I am asking feedback. I have tracked my order (Personalised botanic white towel set) — it has not passed the processing stage yet since the order was placed 36hrs ago... It is agonizing not getting a response or a call or anything - really not ok with me to get such poor service after being so excited about sending quality gift to a person!
