Product was different to what I ordered & Customer service

Order # [protected] Ordered Monday 19 April- dstill not complete I understand that errors happen and can be rectified (please see listed below). What I find; and I'm sure you'll agree, is that rude and appalling customer service is completely unacceptable. During a live chat session (with Rene) to resolve the queries below, the session was abruptly ended ‘you have reached us outside of working hours' with no resolution; it was rude and this is not how customers should be treated. Summary of errors: 1. Delivery fee - charged full delivery fees for each item even though (all three?) are all being delivered to the same address, on the same day. 2. Cancelled items - refund processed for the extra delivery fees, however two items were then automatically cancelled as they had not been deleted. 3. After follow up these items were reinstated. 4. Wrong order- ordered a white pot with a Thyme herb, but recipient received a red pot with a celery herb The original order was placed on 19 April and is disappointly still ongoing. This needs to be resolved asap, please. Given everything that's happened, at the very least, I don't think it is too much to ask for the wrong order to be credited in its entirety. I look forward to an improved customer experience by Netflorist by promptly resolving the errors above. Thank you
