Placed an order ([protected]) for flowers & gift for my mom 2.5 months in advance (24 Feb 2021) for delivery on 10 May 2021. A month before delivery, Netflorist sends me a message that 'Due to a restriction failure, the delivery has been moved as the order was not placed from our Mothers day range we're unable to fulfill your order on the requested date. We sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience caused.' They unilaterally rescheduled it for later delivery, which is not the date of the occasion. As a repeat client, and having placed this order so far in advance, I do not accept the retrospect response that I need to order from any specific category just to have my order delivered - this is manipulative and punitive, after already confirming my order & payment! My objection only received a repeat response to order from a particular category.
