Parcel not delivered within 3 days

Not happy with service at ALL, ordered on Thursday for a Friday delivery, order no: [protected]. Contacted Netflorist on Friday and on Saturday 3 times as well as an email, holding on every time for 10-15 min, and no one could get hold of the courier company and no one contacted me back!! I have no idea when this parcel will be delivered to my sick mother in hospital! Your policy and you bragging on the websites, is same day delivery, and don't believe that, I am still waiting for her parcel to be delivered! Your ladies are incompetent, all 4 that I spoke to, to get information!! IYesterday I spoke to a lady named Zenobia Diedericks and assured me that she will get back to me ASAP, she did send me a mail telling me that, but it is Sunday and no feedback from her or any other person that advised that they will get back to me...!!! I please need the Managing Director to contact me, I need a refund for the parcel. my mother has been in the hospital for months in and out due to cancer, without any visitors allowed to go and visit...but the one thing that will cheer her up has not yet been delivered!! this is the poorest service I ever encountered and this will be the last time ordering for you. I need urgent information regarding this. thanks,
