I ordered a personalised photo mom choc tray and wine (reference number: [protected]) and while the wine had the correct message on it, the chocolates had the generic "Love Mason" on it which is incorrect. This is unacceptable. I had issues with my delivery of this and then the incorrect message is displayed once it gets to me. This was a gift which was ruined because of negligence which was discover as the recipient opened their gift (so too late).
