Roses not delivered – a month later refund still not received – order number [protected]

We ordered flowers on the 28th of April for delivery on the same day. The roses never arrived, we were told a refund will take 3- 5 working days. Countless calls to the supervisor to resolve the issue to date, we are told the refund was processed by Peach Payments on the 29th of April, we still have not received the refund to date. I attach the letter sent to the supervisor below: Dear Wendall, I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on the 28th of April 2021. I ordered roses for Name of receipient, delivery was scheduled for the same day in the afternoon but the order never arrived hence the cancellation. The order cancellation came with an incorrect order number [protected] (Amounting to R289.00) as per the subject in Keanu's email below. The correct order number is [protected]. I have made endless calls to rectify this, and have spoken to list of consultants who are so inefficient needless to say - Mpho and Bridgette including Keanu. I have been told that you were on lunch, in meetings and gone to another building. I am most annoyed that I wasted a day and a half waiting for feedback . My impression of Netflorist has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about doing business with you going forward, the inability of your consultants in following up on a query, my understanding was that it takes 3 - 5 days for refunds to be processed. We are now on day 13, that is totally unacceptable. I trust this is not the way Netflorist wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I look forward to hearing from you soonest.
