The most terrible experience ever!!

I fell in love with NerdKudo when I found this website! There are a lots of really cool things there and prices are nice. I made a big order and several days later I received a notification that my order was shipped. Waited for about two weeks and decided to ask about the delivery date. They said that my order was on its way and will be here soon. Waited another two weeks and they finally told me that my order was lost! I asked for a full refund and they said sure. But I never received my money back and they stopped replying to my messages!! The most terrible experience ever!!
