Replacement of warranty battery
1
I had my Honda Pilot serviced at Honda Tomball and was told I had a bad battery. Since the battery was less than two years old, I went back to the NTB in Tomball (38761) for them to check it and replace if necessary. After waiting for twenty minutes for someone and explaining what I was told where I had the maintenance done, my care was driven back. After less than 5 minutes, I was told that the battery was defective and it would be replaced under the warranty and would not cost anything. However there would be a $111.00 labor charge to replace the battery. After I questioned the amount, I was told it was complicated to replace. I paid the $111.00 and the technician went back to put a new battery in. Less than 10 minutes later, my car was ready. $111.00 seem to be unusually high for less than 10 minutes work. I have bought tires and batteries at NTB for years, but I'll think seriously before I buy at NTB again. I can't get my scanner to work to send the invoice. The order number is [protected] dated 5/21/2021, Customer No. is [protected]. There is also another number on the invoice-TXR000065771. My correct address and phone number is: ROY B.
