I had an appointment at 12:30 with tires purchased at NTB for rotation and balance. It took until closing to get my car back at 6pm. The car rides horrible and has vibration in the front tires. I brought it back and they said it will be 4-5 hours can you leave it... Then the store manager said what did you expect when you just rotate the tires. I said I asked for rotate and balance that I paid for when I purchased the tires. Buyers beware NTB is not what they used to be. Horrible service and they do not care about the customer
