I cannot get a live person on [protected], no matter what selection I choose, and I tried them all. They all tell you to go to the website, which also provides no phone number. I returned an item to office max& then I find unethical actions taken. First they charge, then they refund, and then they charge for the refunded amount again, when I have no product at all. This not only completely unacceptable, but you can't even talk to anyone at the number on the back of the card! I've had it to the top of my head with the nonsense games played by myprepaidcenter.com. It seems purposely set up this way, so no customer can get anyone live. This is not how it worked in the recent past.
