MyPrepaidCenter Card Expired

My card expired 06/19 and I am trying to get a new card issued to replace this one. I've tried calling the customer care center and the only options are to check the balance. There is no option to replace the card. I also tried the website but there is no information on how to replace an expired card there either. Please respond with instructions on how to resolve my issue.
