activation not working

Hello, First off, the customer service with this company is TERRRIBLE, i have been on hold for 7 hours between yesterday and today with NO LUCK AT ALL. NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK WHEN YOU SELECT that option x4. I leave for vacation and was given these by my work. I received 3 CARDS VIA EMAIL - 2 have worked and was able to load onto apple wallet (THANK GOD) the third one i can not load nor get image of card to save. I work in a call center and these wait times are INSANE and not morally right, one minute your holding for 1 minute and 25 seconds then it jumps to 45 minutes hold time... this is genuinely the WORST customer service I've never experience and i give companies the benefit of the doubt but this is absolutely TERRRRBILE and extremely frustrating.
