7/08/21 I recieved a visa prepaid card as rebate from mobildelvac and myprepaid center will not let me activate the card!all information entered correctly many times.Call to visa produced same results. I have recieved these rebates in the past with no problem. When entering the numbers, my wife's express-b105579">american express card information appears and I can go no further. What is happening?
