I got my 15.00 rewards Elanco MasterCard in the mail.. I've tried activating it online 5 times and I've called the [protected] number and no matter what I do, you Can NOT get to an actual person! Is this another scam?? I bought the product and sent in all the necessary paperwork and I got the confirmation email that it was received and I will get the card in the mail soon. So it came and after all the work.. I don't have my reward money and I can't get to anyone to help.. I've done rebates here before with no problems.. but this is seriously ridiculous! I need someone to fix this problem and get MY rebate money to me. Thanks.
