Unethical Behavior of Symphony Air cooler authorized Service center.-Trichy-TN-India

This is regarding the service complaint which i raised to Symphony air-cooler service in whats up with an valid ticket no of CN02042100073. On registering the service complaint of DIET-15 LTAAIR COOLER a service guy from authorized service center IN TRICHY came for changing the honey comb filter. THE ORIGINAL MRP OF THE SPARE WAS 350 ALONE.BUT THE SERVICE GUY CLAIMED IT IS Rs600 and for servicing he charged 400. When called the company again and checked they said, pls raise a email on the same. But the complaint reached in the deaf department of CRM OF Symphony service center i believe. WHEN DIRECTLY CONTACTED THE MD OF THE LOCAL SERVICE CENTER-IN THESE CONTACT NO [protected]/[protected]-NO RESPONSE ON THE SAME. GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE SYMPHONY AIR COOLERS IS ENCOURAGING THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SPOIL THE BRAND NAME...
