Bills to my wife for $21.55 for a one-year subscription to Southern Living magazine, one that she did not order, continue to arrive at our home. After first learning of the bill, at my wife's request, I informed the billing office of the error, but their only change was to send bills with an increasingly threatening tone. No subscription was ordered, and no payment is forthcoming. Since my wife died several months ago, if the billing office wishes to seek collection from her estate, proof will be needed that, contrary to what she claimed, she did order the subscription.
