I responded to the renewal notice online and hoped that I had ordered protection for one year. My paypal account has been charged at £69.99 which is for two years which I definitely do not want. Please rectify this immediately. The reference number is 9HS66709XY415770L It is VERY difficult to communicate with your company and perhaps I should have a complete refund and forget your product.
