Hi to whom it may concern, I am Veani. I'm writing this to complaint the bad experience that I faced and no solutions until now. First, in 2014 I was subscribed Maxis broadband which insisted to subscribe with explained the package plan together iPad. One of the sales staff from Maxis came to our office at Cinta Sayang Resort and promoted this packages. The iPad which I got from Maxis broadband package was spoilt not even one year. I guess with 6 months. Then I brought to Apple Authorised Service Center for diagnostic. They replaced new iPad as this non repairable item. They replaced refurbished set instead of brand new. Then I was using it with settled the payment properly. In year of 2016, I got new job in Singapore and I left. Now I came to Malaysia for good and I decided to buy new line. I have been informed that I am not eligible to subscribe line due to there is outstanding RM2000 which included legal fee. First of all I don't know what is this about. I never receive any statement from Maxis. I was thinking all settled. This is really not fair for me. I had contacted Maxis. Case Number is C1151794. Until now no any follow up calls from Maxis. I'm trying to contact Maxis support team but the service is really bad as nobody call me back. I am keep awaiting. I'd highly appreciate if someone from Maxis solve this issue for me ASAP.
