Mobile Internet bad connection

I am lodging a complaint for the poor internet connection in my apartment and as well as outside anywhere I go. In an hour I will get multiple line drops and connection failure. More like every 10mins the connection is lost. I have already lodged a complaint via phone about months back but still it's yet to be rectified. All I get from the customer service is "we're having network issue" and this has been ongoing for months. I have to restart my phone multiple times. And also I asked for a diagnostics regarding my data usage but I never received any. I have been a maxis customer but having connection problems every 10mins is mentally annoying especially when you're doing something important. This is the most expensive telco but I would say currently is the worst. I am not paying maxis just to get a lousy service. I wouldn't hesitate to switch telco once my contract is over.
