My monthly bil payment was RM60 flat rate and I was never failed to pay the bills. But it is waste of my monthly flat rate money for me because the Maxis coverage is very poor in this area. I feel so disappointed because I have to use the internet for work from home. Even to upload/download speed was very slow. The fast internet packeage was not that fast. Latest on 29/6/2021 10.20a.m i check the speed was 4.3Mbps only. Is there anything that can be done so that this area can have better Maxis coverage? In this difficult time work from office on MCO time there must be something that you can do to improve the coverage in my area. Thank you.
