On the 15th August, 2021 amount of money was sent by Samuel Kwabena Offei from Dubai to Kennedy Mensah in Ghana was mistakenly sent to a wrong phone number which is+[protected] instead of+[protected]. After I was informed of the incident I quickly contacted my network carrier and informed them of what has happened, fortunately my network carrier which is mtn Ghana was successfully blocked the user from redrawing the money. And proceeded reversing the money back to LuLu. Today Sunday 22nd August, 2021.10:09 a.m i received this message from my carrier, Dear Valued Customer, Please be informed that your reported complaint with Reference Number INC000006626424, has been resolved by MTN. Kindly call 100 for further assistance if problem still persists. Thank you. Customer Relation Division. I would like to know if have receive the money in your system. Thank you very much.
