Non delivery of flowers

I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter on Saturday 13 March. Still not arrived and they are not replying to emails or phone messages. I used this company before and flowers were delivered then. I have paid £18.94 for this service. I am beginning to wonder if this company have ceased trading. Can you let me know what me next step should be please?
