I attempted to order a bouquet from serenata flowers. Halfway through suddenly stopped me going any further. Tried again, still no dice! Suddenly went back to the message page and I filled it in again. This time went through. Waited for confirmation from them which is what they do. This is monday gone by the way! Then got an e mail from your firm. How did this happen? Then another one to say they were delivering tem via elegance by london!!! Never heard of either of these firms. This last e mail was from e bay seller wenfangsibao!!! At no time did I order from you or anybody else. I thought I was in contact with serenata. Have they been hacked??? Am presuming they have been delivered to correct address as the e mail to me was marked for the recipient of the flowers!!! I demand an exp! Anation! I will be e mailing serenata later on this evening as their website says they have an unfinished order on my account!! Explain that one
