We have been told by the venue the voucher has expired dispite being told when trying to book when they were open that they were not accepting vouchers at that time? We tried several times to book but live in England as you will see from the account address so not always in the country. Could we please request a refund for this voucher as given the COVID 19 restrictions this is completely unacceptable of them. This was purchased as a Christmas present.
