Hi, my wife and I ordered a dark navy peplum dress from Light in the Box on May 23 at a cost of about £85. The dress received was of a completely different style to the one ordered and it was green rather than dark navy. Light in the Box have repeatedly refused to either accept a return, exchange or refund on the basis that 'made to order' items are not refundable.
