wife out of town car wash rip up the license plate, and they would not help her. told her she would need to leave car and were very rude. needed needle nose and was told could not even help with a tool. 3-5 minute job to help a lexus customer. lucky the plumber fixing the bathroom had tools and fixed for her in a few minutes. disappointed in the service from this dealer ship completely!!!
