I sent an email last April 16 regarding the package I sent to my friend in Palawan. I sent the package in an excellent condition but when she received it on April 16, the package was damaged. There is a FRAGILE sticker on the package but still it was destroyed!! She didn't claim it, the delivery guy said it will be return to the sender (to me). Until now the package haven't arrived in the LBC branch in Salapungan, Angeles City Pampanga. I don't know where the package is. I filed a claim/refund and said the assigned handler on my claim will call me but until now I haven't received a call yet. It's been 4months already but seems like no action taken on my claim. Declared value is 20, 000pesos. I need that money!! This is so frustrating and it is taking so long. Please, hope someone will do something regarding my case.
