Good day, this is Millen Van Joy P. MIguel. I am writing this message to file a complaint about what happened to my printer when delivered by your delivery man. My printer was not working properly anymore when delivered by your worker. This printer has been delivered to me upside down rather than delivered correctly. Upon opening the rpinter, all of the ink were spilled already in the cartridge affecting now the contact in the carriage. I just bought my printer 2 months ago and I cannot afford to buy a new one anymore because of just reckless delivery. I did not expect this to happen because gave my full trust to LBC. Kindly please take action on this. Thank you very much.
