Delivery of empty boxes

I paid 30 pound deposit to LBC express metro bank I was informed the deposit cleared on the 23 August 2021 I have not received any boxes even though I have contacted LBC 6 times each time was told boxes would be delivered and expect a phone call for delivery, no phone call or delivery of boxes each time I call I get a call center in manila are these young people doing their job right and actually scheduling my boxes or just not bothering they don't listen to what your saying just reading what they need to tell you, secondly contacted customer care they answer every time with what's your contact details I send them everything and that's it no more contact really LBC is now the worst shippers ever do they care for Philippine families who need to send items to their loved ones and their children...
